So when I start my laptop, after the loading windows screen, it directly goes to a black screen with a blinking cursor/underscore in the top left corner. I've tried the ctrl-alt-delete.

That does nothing. I've tried the shift 5 times. Nothing I can't acess safe mode by doing F8. The only screen I can acess is when I press ESC, and that takes me to 1.
